Andrew Bays is 26 years old and he is from Mandeville, Louisiana. He graduated from Lakeshore High School in 2014, and was involved in many organizations, Teenage Republicans and Youth and Government being his favorites. He attended Louisiana Tech University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Political Science. At Louisiana Tech he founded their chapter of Young Americans for Liberty, and served as Vice President of the College Republicans. While attending Louisiana Tech, Andrew worked as a State Chair for Young Americans for Liberty, and oversaw campus activism across North Louisiana and East Texas.

Since graduation, he has worked in grassroots politics as a regional director in the 2019 Gubernatorial race, the 2020 US Senate race, and many other local races in Northwest Louisiana. He is currently working for a building supply distribution company and residing in Mandeville, La.
