  • Ethan Esitis

    Chairman

    Ethan Estis is the Policy Advisor for the Campus Victory Project and a law student at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Ethan previously served on the congressional staff of U.S. Rep. Ralph Abraham and worked on his campaigns for both Congress and Governor. Ethan also held roles as Political Director for U.S. Rep.-elect Luke Letlow and Campaign Coordinator for State Senator Jay Morris. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration, Ethan served as SGA President and as a student board member of the University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors. Ethan is engaged to Laurin Gallman and now lives in Mandeville. 

  • Azlyn Isaac

    Vice-chairwoman

    Azlyn Isaac is a native of Start, Louisiana. She graduated from Claiborne Christian School in 2023 and is now pursuing a degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law and a minor in Criminal Justice at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Isaac intends to pursue her law degree upon graduating ULM. She is actively involved on her college campus, currently serving as President of the Turning Point USA chapter at ULM, the Vice President of ULM College Republicans, as well as a member of Young Americans for Freedom and the National Federation of Republican Women. Isaac will serve the people of Louisiana’s 5th Congressional District in Washington, D.C. for the office of Congresswoman Julia Letlow (R-LA05) in the Summer of 2025. 

    Aside from her pursuit in politics, Azlyn is currently apprenticing to become a licensed barber, with plans to obtain her license in the Fall of 2026. She is also a photographer alongside her mother, together they have a business called Aisaac Photography

  • Mary-Alizabeth Beaullieu

    Executive Director

    Mary-Alizabeth (aka MAB) served as the LYRF's National Committeewoman from 2021 to 2024. The LSU graduate is currently pursuing her master's in strategic communications from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is the Louisiana Public Service Commission District 2 technical assistant, leading the Energy Efficiency Program under Commissioner Jean-Paul Coussan.

    She is passionate about Louisiana's development and enjoys online shopping, cooking, hunting, and working out. Fun fact: She once skipped a trip to Cancun to hunt a 350-lb black bear in Montana. Her favorite quote is, “You don’t have to see the whole staircase; just take the first step.”

  • Alli Castle

    National Committeewoman

    Alli Castle, serving as the National Committeewoman for the Louisiana Young Republican Federation, is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders & continuing to growing in her stewardship.

    Alli earned a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Southeastern & is currently pursuing her MBA at LSU. As a proud 2022 Leadership Livingston graduate, Dog People of Livingston Parish volunteer, board member of her Drainage District, & the creator of the EmpowerHER initiative, Alli enjoys making impactful contributions to her community.

    In her spare time, you can find Alli DIYing with her husband, Travis, reading, cooking, gardening, spending time with her kids, or spoiling her grandchild, Bonnie & niece, Mila. Her favorite quote is, “People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care” -Theodore Roosevelt

  • Kaleb Moore

    National Committeeman

    Kaleb earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette and has previously served the Young Republicans as Louisiana State Chairman, Louisiana State Vice Chairman, and Greater Baton Rouge Young Republicans Chairman. Kaleb is a native of DeRidder, Louisiana where he attended Singer High School.

  • Andrew Bays

    Secretary

    Andrew Bays graduated from Lakeshore High School in 2014 from Mandeville, LA. He founded the Young Americans for Liberty chapter at Louisiana Tech University and was Vice President of College Republicans. He also worked as a State Chair for Young Americans for Liberty, overseeing campus activism. Post-graduation, he worked in grassroots politics and currently is the Legislative Assistant for Representative Mark Wright.

  • Javin Fulson

    Treasurer

    Javin Fulson, Treasurer of the Louisiana Young Republican Federation, is a Grassroots Programs Manager at Americans for Prosperity, focused on breaking governmental barriers hindering individual potential. Formerly a paralegal, Javin pursued a Business Management degree at Louisiana State University while staying politically engaged. He interned with the Republican Party of Louisiana and helped establish a statewide student advocacy organization. Originally from Baton Rouge, he now resides in Lafayette for his role with Americans for Prosperity. Joie de vivre!
