Mary-Alizabeth Beaullieu is the National Committeewoman for the Louisiana Young Republican Federation and serving her second term with us. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Leadership & Human Resource Development.

After graduation Mary-Alizabeth took on the role as the Advocacy Program Specialist at The Center for Literacy & Learning. Within this role, she provided support to all programs and activities related to advocacy, legislation, and public policy. With expertise in social media management Mary-Alizabeth aided in growing The Center’s presence on various platforms. Mary-Alizabeth has also worked as a lobbyist for Southern Strategy Group. She is now the technical assistant to Louisiana Public Service Commissioner Craig Greene, serving District 2.

Through her experiences, both pre and post graduation, she has grown a strong passion for developing strategic solutions that help aid Louisiana in its economic and educational growth. The Louisiana native has always been driven to work in a position where she is able to help our state grow.

Outside of work Mary-Alizabeth enjoys online shopping, cooking for her friends and family, hunting with her dad, and working out. Fun fact: She skipped her high school senior trip to Cancun to go bear hunting in Montana with her dad…and yes, she killed a 350lb black bear. Her favorite quote is, “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” by MLK. Every day she wakes up ready to take the next step up and looks forward to bringing the Louisiana Young Republicans up the steps with her.
