Ethan Estis, a native of Rayville, Louisiana, is a managing consultant at the Campus Victory Project, representing Louisiana and headquartered in Phoenix Arizona. In 2015, Ethan entered the world of politics as a congressional intern for U.S. Rep. Ralph Abraham (R-LA). After working for Rep. Abraham both as an intern and as official staff, Ethan joined the Abraham campaign in his bid for governor in 2019, then later worked for Sen. Jay Morris on his successful election to Senate District 35. In 2020, Ethan joined U.S. Rep-elect Luke Letlow, and his team as Political Director, and has been involved in numerous positions/posts throughout the state of Louisiana since then.

Ethan is a graduate of the University of Louisiana Monroe, where he pursued a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. While there, Ethan was elected as the Student Body President for his university, and was elected to the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, representing over 92,000 higher education students. In conjunction, Ethan also served as a Supervisor for the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Aid (TOPS), representing students' needs in the world of financial aid and debt relief. During his tenure at ULM, Ethan was instrumental in rebranding College Republicans and establishing Turning Point USA and remained an associate member of the Ouachita Parish Republican Women's Club.

He also served on numerous planning and budget committees at his university, both for athletics and academia, and was responsible for student relations with the Monroe City Chamber of Commerce, the West Monroe Chamber of Commerce, and area elected officials. Ethan now resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as he awaits the start of law school at Louisiana State University, Fall 2024.
